Incident: Monday 7th September 2026 (Afternoon)

The team was called following reports of a member of a walking group who had sustained an ankle injury near Masson Lees Quarry.

The casualty was approximately one kilometre from the road on the access track and was unable to continue.

Team members made their way to the casualty while East Midlands Ambulance Service was also requested to attend.

The casualty was assessed and assisted by team members before being handed over to East Midlands Ambulance Service.
