Incident: Thursday 23rd July 2026 (Afternoon)
The team's drone section was requested to provide an aerial overview of the incident, helping commanders assess the extent of the fire, monitor its progression and support operational planning.
Following completion of the task in Macclesfield Forest, the team returned to continue supporting Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service at the ongoing Tintwistle wildfire.
