The team were called out on Saturday 14th March to a male in his late 50s who had slipped and fallen while walking at Dovedale.
The male had previously had knee injuries which had been aggravated by the fall. He was treated on scene by the team and, as the light was starting to fade, carried by stretcher to the main car park at Dovedale.
He was handed over to East Midlands Ambulance Service for further treatment and transport to Hospital
