2025-92: Thorpe Cloud

On Wednesday 5th November the team were called out after multiple reports of a male stuck on Thorpe Cloud. At around 6pm the team received a request from Derbyshire Police after an 80-year-old male had been reported as being unable to continue with his walk. The man was assessed on scene and was struggling to continue his descent back to the main path. The man was placed on our team stretcher and carried off Thorpe cloud, over the footbridge to the road. Under the advisement of team Paramedics he was taken to Hospital for a checkup by his family.
