The team were called out yesterday morning to assist East Midlands Ambulance Service with a female in her 50s who had fallen on scrub land outside Brailsford. The lady was treated for a suspected fractured hip by EMAS. Although not too far from the road, the team had been requested to help carry the lady over a stile and gate to access the land ambulance.
