2024-44-45: Dovedale

Having just returned from a PR day and a rope training day, the team were called out just before 5pm on Sunday. 

We received a call from the duty controller requesting a deployment to Thorpe Cloud for a fallen female. She was treated on scene by the team and a Paramedic before being carried by team stretcher and handed over to East Midlands Ambulance Service for further treatment.

As the team had been stood down and were making our way back to base, we were contacted again by the duty controller who asked us to return to Dovedale following reports of a group who were "cragfast" on a scree slope. Upon returning we were informed that the party had been assisted down by passers by, the informant was contacted and they confirmed all were now safe.
