On Saturday, February 4th, at 14:30 PM, while fundraising at Matlock Town Football Club, Derby Mountain Rescue Team responded to a callout for a fallen walker near Reynard's Cave. The team provided medical treatment on-site to a woman who had injured her ankle while out on a walk with her family. She was then transferred to an ambulance from East Midlands Ambulance Service and taken to hospital for additional care.
