The team were called out to High Tor in Matlock Bath on Thursday 26th January just after 9am to reports of a collapsed male.
Members of the public had spotted a man on the wrong side of the fence at the top of High Tor, finding him to be semi-conscious, they recovered him back to the main side of the fence and called 999.
He was treated on scene by East Midlands Ambulance service and the team, was carried out to the road-head by the team and transferred to Derby Royal by land for further treatment.
