Mountain Rescue called to Male with chest pains at Stanton Moor in the Peak District

Saturday 26th June 11:30pm. The team were called out to a male suffering chest pains near the Nine Ladies stone circle on Stanton Moor.

The 44-year-old male was assessed and trreated on scene by the team, placed in our large casualty bag (A heavy-duty fleece lined 'sleeping' bag), and evacuated across the moor on our rescue stretcher and wheel.

He was handed over to an East Midlands Ambulance Service ambulance crew at 2am, and transferred to hospital for further treatment.
