The team were called out to Dovedale yesterday at 6pm by Derbyshire Police. A couple had called 999 after becoming lost on a walk around Dovedale, finding themselves on a steep rocky slope with inadequate lighting.
They were located using what3words as being on Bunster Hill and given navigation guidance from the Police. A small party from the team was sent to meet the couple and made sure they returned to their car safely.
