The team were called out just after 11am on 13th June to Darley Dale to assist East Midlands Ambulance Service with a fallen Mountain Biker with suspected spinal injuries. The 22-year-old was treated on scene by the EMAS crew and carried to the road on the team's rescue stretcher. He was taken to Chesterfield Royal Hospital for further treatment.
