The team were called out just before 3pm on Saturday 4 January to a 54-year-old male who had fallen at Thorpe Cloud.
The man was treated by the team for a suspected fractured lower leg, and evacuated on a stretcher to an East Midlands Ambulance Service land ambulance.
He was taken to hospital for further treatment.
