The team were called out at midday on Wednesday 25th September to assist East Midlands Ambulance Service after an 80-year-old male had been suffering chest pains at Lover's Leap, Dovedale. Passers-by called 999 and collected a defibrillator from the National Trust buildings nearby. Fortunately, the man didn't require it and having been seen by an EMAS and a Team Paramedic the man was taken to the waiting Land Ambulance and transported to the Royal Derby Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
