This new qualification is required to meet the road traffic act regulations for emergency vehicle operation, ensuring our drivers have the skills and legal authority to respond quickly but safely to incidents. Each trained driver increases our ability to deploy rapidly to emergencies where minutes can make the difference between life and death.
