Following our busiest ever year in 2021 with 79 callouts, we've kicked off 2022 with our first callout on New Year's Day.
The team were called out just after 14:30 on Saturday 1st January 2020 by Derbyshire Police. A lady had been out walking with family at Thorpe Cloud when she sustained an ankle injury.
She was treated on scene by the team. Due to high demand on the Ambulance service the lady would have had a long wait for an Ambulance and was taken to hospital by a member of the public along with one of our team Paramedics.
