2021-8: Chesterfield

The team were called out yesterday afternoon to a fallen walker near Old Whittington, Chesterfield. A male had been out for a walk (from home) and slipped sustaining a lower leg injury in a field.

He was treated by team members on scene, his leg splinted and carried out one a team stretcher to the roadbed. He was handed over to East Midlands Ambulance Service and taken to hospital for further treatment.
