Dronfield

The team were called to search for a missing 79yo man in the vicinity of Dronfield, near Chesterfield.

The man had been reported missing by his family the previous day and police, concerned for his safety, called mountain rescue to search the surrounding rural areas, including Hallowes Golf Course. The team joined Edale Mountain Rescue Team and 4 SARDA search dogs to search the region, but the man was not located within the search area.

Police are continuing with their enquiries.
