CALLOUT The team were called out at 2pm today to reports of a fallen climber at Dovedale. A Thirty-Two year-old male had fallen whilst lead climbing "Dr Livingston" near Tissington Spires. His fall was arrested by his belayer, however the top piece of gear came out and he landed on a ledge sustaining fractures to both legs. He was treated on scene by the team, stretchered down the steep slope with a rope protected lower and driven across the river to a waiting Air Ambulance. Whilst the team were dealing with the first instance they were alerted to a Twenty-Two year-old lady who was feeling faint, she was treated by the team and after some rest was able to continue on her way.
