INCIDENT: Just after 1pm on Saturday 24 June, one of our team vehicles was on its way to a school fete when it came across a road traffic collision at a roundabout. A 12 year-old cyclist had been in an RTC with a van and suffered a blow to the head. Team members provided first aid until an EMAS land ambulance arrived. The casualty was taken to the Royal Derby Hospital by the EMAS crew as a precaution.
