2017_10 Cromford Canal

The team were called by East Midlands Ambulance Service just after noon on April 5th 2017 . An 81 year old lady had become light-headed and collapsed on the Cromford Canal tow path halfway between #Cromford and #Whatstandwell. One of our team members, an outdoors instructor, arrived on scene along with a Community First Responder who provided first aid. The lady was evacuated by members of the team (Including an Electrician, a Chiropractor and two outdoors instructors) to an EMAS Land Ambulance. #Volunteers
